s0 macOS 10.15 Catalina Support

I see the message "EPSON Printer.pkg" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. What should I do?

  • Try reinstalling your product's software. Do the following:

    1. Go to the Epson support page and select your product.
    2. Select macOS 10.15 in the Operating System drop-down box, if necessary.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • Download and install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package for your product.
      • If a Drivers and Utilities Combo Package is not available for your product, download and install the software in the Recommended For You section.

    If you continue to see the message after installing the latest version of the software, contact Epson Support.
